All sales are final meaning items cannot be returned. If you ordered the wrong size / design an exchange can be made through contacting me, but items cannot be returned.
The short answer is no, if your item is broken upon arrival and is completely damaged and unfixable then a partial refund can be given in certain circumstances.
If you're wondering where on earth your parcel is as its been 2 weeks and its not arrived, then do not worry as it will be with you eventually! Items that are posted internationally 2/10 end up being delayed sadly but this is to be expected and depends on the country, but 9/10 parcels arrive the day after people contact me which is strange but must be magic.
US parcels can have a 2-4 week delay due to the orange mans laws and rules but this is only sometimes and during holiday seasons!
I myself am an overthinker so feel free to contact me on Instagram or Email 24/7 reply's with acceptations of me working and sleeping :)
To add a new FAQ follow these steps:
1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor
2. Add a new question & answer
3. Assign your FAQ to a category
4. Save and publish.
You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
Yes. To add media follow these steps:
1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor
2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one
3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon
4. Add media from your library and save.
You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor.
To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
